For over a decade, he has spearheaded Transformational Intelligence™ (TQ), an innovative framework driving optimal performance and results.
Sean is also recognized as a licensed Global Executive Leadership Coach at Leadership Management International, Inc., and a Gallup Certified Global Strengths Coach. Through these esteemed roles, he delivers executive coaching, leadership development, and change management solutions to a diverse global clientele.
Previously, Sean held key positions including Chief of Staff and Brand, Marketing, and Communications Leader at Deloitte Africa. In these roles, he played a pivotal part in shaping strategy, fostering innovation, and implementing effective communication strategies at scale.
